1. Scope & Definitions

These terms apply to purchases of AMPED PCR reagents (the “Products”) from AMPED PCR LTD or authorised marketplaces (including Zageno). “Customer” means the purchasing organisation.

2. Research Use Only

Products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and not for use in diagnostic procedures, unless expressly stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for validating use in its applications.

3. Ordering & Pricing

Prices shown are list prices and may vary by region and currency. Marketplaces may apply their own fees, discounts, and taxes. AMPED PCR may correct pricing errors without notice.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Products ship under ambient conditions unless specified otherwise and must be stored promptly upon receipt in accordance with the Product Manual. Title and risk of loss pass at delivery to the carrier (DAP terms unless agreed otherwise). Delivery dates are estimates.

5. Storage & Handling

Follow the instructions in the Product Manual (e.g., –20 °C recommended storage; stability up to 6 months at 2–8 °C) and any product‑specific data sheets. Failure to store/handle as directed voids warranty coverage.

6. Inspection & Acceptance

Inspect shipments on arrival. Report any short shipment, visible damage, or temperature excursion within 5 business days of delivery; report performance defects within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Replacements. Due to the nature of biological reagents, unopened Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery only with prior RMA authorisation and proof of compliant storage, temperature‑sensitive or opened containers are not returnable. For Products confirmed defective or non‑conforming to AMPED PCR’s specifications on the date of shipment, AMPED PCR will, at its option, replace the Product or refund the purchase price. RMA instructions will be provided upon approval.

7. Exclusions

AMPED PCR is not responsible for failures caused by misuse, incompatible assay design, degraded or contaminated samples, instrument malfunction, or failure to follow the IFU (including deselecting ROX where applicable).

8. Warranty

AMPED PCR warrants that Products will conform to the published specifications at the time of shipment. This is the Customer’s exclusive remedy. AMPED PCR makes no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMPED PCR’s total liability arising out of any Product shall not exceed the amount paid for that Product; AMPED PCR is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Compliance & Export

Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and for obtaining any required import/export authorisations.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales; courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
